GAMES THAT DIDN'T
GET MADE

POOPY THE GNOME: QUEST FOR DINNER

DATE: 1996
CREATED ON: KNP
COMPLETED: 3%

ABOUT THIS GAME:
Horrible, horrible game I tried to make when I was 11 or so. All it had was a couple of screens and a couple enemies who's heads you could jump on. There was also a lengthy opening cutscene with full horrible voice acting.

STORY:
Poopy ate the last can of beans and his hedgehog roommate is not happy and kicks him out till he find's a gookle berry for dinner.

WHY IT'S CANCELLED:
It was poopy

SPARKO

DATE: 1998-1999
CREATED ON: TGF
COMPLETED: 5%

ABOUT THIS GAME:
Another shooting game with a dinosaur! This was my first attempty at a low resolution game and my first attempt at a game not made in klik n play. One of my friends and I were designing it together I believe. Control-wise it was an improvement over the original Peetoo and it used the theme from Green Acres for the BG music.

STORY:
Written by my friend: "One day Sparko was drinking a sparkaling tomato juice with olives drink, while siting on his lawn chair, when all of a sudden a mosse in a helicopter blew up his house and left------> + ---> Sparko said "I'll get you"!, but the moosse said I't's much too dangerous you scrawny wimp. So Sparko started his Journey!!"

WHY IT'S CANCELLED:
I forget

PEETOO THE HAPPY DINOSAUR 2

DATE: 1999
CREATED ON: MMF
COMPLETED: 25%

ABOUT THIS GAME:
See the Peetoo section

FERRET STORM

DATE: 2001-2002
CREATED ON: MMF
COMPLETED: 10%

ABOUT THIS GAME:
Started this almost immedietly after finishing Peetoo's Revenge. It was my first attempt at a true action/adventure type game where you are free to explore and collect different items and upgrades. Also my first game with a custom platform engine.

You use a sword instead of a gun here (how inventive) but I never got around to making any enemies to slice.

STORY:
One day Jake slept through class as usual and woke up to find everyone gone and the school infested with monsters. Turns out the Mayor's pet ferret Moopy has been possesed by a demon and is unleashing havoc upon the town. Now Jake must journey through Moopy Mountian Town to rescue it's captured citizens and put an end to Moopy's ferret storm of evel.

WHY IT'S CANCELLED:
Could never get myself to work on it. Was trying way too hard to make the graphics good.

PETROID

DATE: 2003
CREATED ON: MMF
COMPLETED: 3%

ABOUT THIS GAME:
It's a parody of Metroid! This one never really got any further than the engine. If you've ever played the 2D metroid games you can probly guess how this would play.

STORY:
The world's largest petstore has turned evil! Sammy the armadillo is the only one immune due to her amazing cyber suit. In order to restore goodness she must defeat Spaid (a giant mutant kitty) and Piddley (a dog w/ a bladder control problem).

WHY IT'S CANCELLED:
Too much work for just a stupid joke.

GOATBUNNY'S RADICAL RETARDED RAMPAGE

DATE: 2003-2004
CREATED ON: MMF
COMPLETED: 7%

ABOUT THIS GAME:
Yet another action-adventure attempt. I actually designed a map for this but never got around to making the areas aside from the one seen above.

STORY:
Goatbunny is a creature that lives in your nightmares. One day he left his cardboard box home and armed only with a potato, he decided to go on a rampage. A radical retarded rampage!

WHY IT'S CANCELLED:
Couldn't get myself to work on it cause of the graphics and it wasn't that fun to play since a potato doesn't really give you much of an attack range. Didn't like the character either.

!!SIXTY-TWO 90!!

DATE: 2004-2005
CREATED ON: MMF
COMPLETED: 10%

ABOUT THIS GAME:
Having failed so many times at action adventure I tried making another pure action game. Basically a Castlevania clone where you use a lemur instead of a whip.

STORY:
In the year 6290, Lima Bean Dog (a dog made of lima beans) has stolen "the pudding", throwing everything into chaos. The Earth calls upon Lemur Stacie - ultimate lemur battle champion, to travel to Lima Bean Dog's base on planet Bulgaria and retrieve the pudding.

WHY IT'S CANCELLED:
An action-adventure game was what I really wanted to do. And there was still too much emphasis on graphics.
